RoamBest provides global data roaming eSIM services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

We understand the importance of privacy. We only collect personal information necessary to provide services (such as email addresses). We promise not to sell your personal data to any third party. All payment data is securely encrypted through Stripe.

eSIM is for personal travel data use only. It is strictly prohibited to use for any illegal activities or large-scale commercial resale. Violations may result in account suspension.

Due to the digital nature of eSIM QR codes (one-time activation), once the QR code is sent via email, the service is considered delivered and refunds are generally not supported. However, if technically confirmed that network connection is impossible due to our fault, we will provide a full refund.
