After purchase, you will receive a QR code. In your phone settings, select "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan", then scan the QR code.
Most flagship phones released after 2018 support eSIM, such as iPhone XR/XS and newer models, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer models, etc.
Since eSIM is a digital product and the QR code cannot be retrieved once sent, refunds are generally not available. If you encounter technical issues preventing connection, please contact customer support.
